Concept. "Using AI" and "operating AI" are different things, and the difference is having a system. Most tech professionals restart from zero every time they open a chat: they re-explain who they are, what they do, how they want the answer — and get back text that is competent and generic. The AI OS is the alternative: a small operating system for working with AI that you build once and maintain in thirty minutes a week.

In 60 minutes, in Portuguese and on a shared screen, Inês Lourenço walks through the five layers with her own real setup: Context (what your AI knows about you — the cheapest layer to build and the one that pays most per hour invested), Connections (which tools it can reach, and with what declared purpose), Skills (work patterns saved as reusable files, with the rule of the third time), Automations (prompts with a schedule and a size limit) and Memory (approved, typed, portable — never "save everything"). Then the loop that keeps it alive: the Weekly Audit, thirty minutes every Friday in which the system proposes and you approve, reject or delete. The session closes with live Q&A built from the questions submitted at registration.
