Build the perfect AI teammate is a half day workshop in Lisbon for business owners and operations leaders who want AI to take on a real, recurring job rather than remain a novelty.

Most AI events in the city are either free introductory meetups or corporate training days. This sits between the two: a small, hands on room where each attendee builds and runs something that keeps working after they leave, not just a demo.

Concept: everyone starts from the same point. In the morning, the whole group builds a competitor research AI teammate, using their own Claude or ChatGPT account. That shared build teaches the pattern, the connectors, scheduling and email delivery, before anyone touches their own business problem. After lunch, each attendee adapts that same pattern to one recurring job from their own company: a weekly report, a research task, a set of follow ups, whatever eats their week. We work directly with each person through that build.

Objectives: give non technical business owners a working AI teammate, not just AI literacy. Prove it once as a group before anyone applies it to their own business, so nobody starts from a blank page. Send every attendee home with something running on a schedule, on their own account, doing real work without them prompting it.

Format: eight seats, 09:00 to 14:00, Second Home Mercado, Thu 24 Sep. No coding required. Attendees need a laptop, an existing paid Claude or ChatGPT plan, and one recurring task they'd like handled.

Expected impact: Lisbon has a strong founder and small business community that talks about AI more than it uses it operationally. This workshop turns that interest into one concrete, working example inside each attendee's own business, which they can extend to further tasks on their own afterwards.
