Concept: a 4-hour live build session where participants stop talking about their app idea and actually build it. The workshop takes non-technical entrepreneurs from concept to working prototype using AI-powered development tools (Lovable, Supabase and vibe coding). It is deliberately not a demo where people watch someone else build: every participant leaves with their own working product.

How the 4 hours work. Phase 1, Foundation: software architecture for non-tech entrepreneurs, simplified. We vote a business idea together, turn it into a Product Requirements Document and build it live, while digging into the tools used in the workshop. Phase 2, Build Time (2.5 hours): participants form small teams (or work alone) around complementary ideas and build hands-on with AI tools, with direct support and real-time problem solving. Phase 3, Showcase (30 minutes): each team presents their working product, gets feedback and next steps.

Objectives: make AI-powered product development accessible to founders, business owners and creators with no technical background; give them a repeatable workflow and templates (PRD template, prompts, guides) they can reuse after the event; and create a space where local entrepreneurs meet and pitch ideas to each other.

Expected impact: this is the first edition of the workshop in Margem Sul, hosted at Startup Barreiro, the municipal business incubator of Barreiro, in partnership with the Municipio do Barreiro. It brings Lisbon AI Week across the river, connecting the Lisbon AI and founder communities (Lx Entrepreneurs and Creators, 949 members, and VibeFounders Lisbon, 608 members) with the growing entrepreneurial ecosystem of the south bank. Previous editions in Lisbon (LACS, Kube) sold out.
