Concept: real people show real work in a very honest and casual way. The focus is not on polished presentation, but on authentic stories of building something in this time and age either by themselves or in a team, the struggles that come with it, the good moments as well as the bad.

Objectives/Impact: The event should help people connect with others who are in a similar position, whether that's still exploring, viewing from the outside or already deep in the trenches of building. With the connection comes the learning from each other, but also the feeling of belonging in a space that's often very individual & lonely (especially if you're building alone). It also aims to make this scary thing of building something that's often talked about in a very heroic way (e.g. 996 or "I raised $5 million") more approachable and less scary.
