PAXFORGE is an innovation challenge bringing together founders, startups, AI developers, software engineers, product builders and legal professionals to tackle real-world problems in legal and professional services.

Legal and professional services are full of complex, high-value problems that remain underserved by technology. PAXFORGE is designed to turn some of those problems into opportunities for building practical, scalable and commercially relevant products.

During the hackathon, participants will be presented with a specific challenge drawn from the needs of legal and professional services organisations. Working individually or in teams, they will have one day to develop a working prototype using whatever technologies and approaches they consider most effective.

Challenges may involve areas such as document processing, entity and relationship mapping, risk assessment, alerts, workflow automation, data governance, knowledge management and CRM integrations.

The objective is to move beyond ideas and build something that could realistically be used in practice.

Following the hackathon, selected teams will have the opportunity to validate their solutions with Paxrocket, Paxlegal and relevant industry professionals. This may include product feedback, testing against real-world requirements, legal and operational guidance, and support in identifying potential users and use cases.

The strongest projects may then have the opportunity to continue developing with Paxrocket and Paxlegal, creating a pathway towards further validation, pilot projects, potential adoption and commercialisation.
