For 17 editions, Q-Day Conference has brought together leaders from business, government, academia and technology to discuss the challenges shaping the future of organisations and society.

The 2026 edition, "AI: The Age of Agents", explores the transition from generative AI to AI agents capable of planning, deciding, collaborating and executing tasks autonomously, and what this shift means for organisations, economies and society.

The programme features keynote presentations, three thematic panel discussions, a special session dedicated to the Portuguese technology and entrepreneurial diaspora, the Co-Innovation Awards and networking opportunities. Topics include digital sovereignty as a competitive advantage, how organisations can successfully navigate the AI revolution while maintaining technological independence, and the new skills professionals need to orchestrate AI effectively.

Bringing together business leaders, policymakers, entrepreneurs, researchers, public sector representatives and technology experts, Q-Day promotes knowledge sharing, debate and collaboration around the responsible adoption of AI.
